As they say in Latin: "Approximo Non Corona": Close but no Cigar!
-
X
(except for Charlie X) wrong episode. You have "Cloud Minders" twice, but the sitting figure at the right (E) should make the answer a no-brainer.
-
X
While it does take place in a paradise setting, the actual title is shared with an infamous musical that played the 'thon a few years back.
-
Y
Yep, you know the stories but the actual titles are something else. (While "Lord Garth" may actually be a better title than the real one, this can't be said for "Spock Gets Blinded".)
-
Z
The last frame, which was the last frame in the first season closing credits, actually appears in two episodes on the list. One aired in the 60's and one didn't. I'm being cagy on this one. Wink

The Usual Suspects

...

One of the great things about the marathon is seeing a crowd of great people, but like any crowd there are a few sketchy individuals.

2. Mad Max
3. The Mating Habits of the Earthbound Human

(Note: "The Man Who Fell to Earth", "Avatar" and "Iron Man" have been discussed as good 'thon fits. I've seen "The Arrival" and think it too would be a good fit and help rehabilitate Charlie Sheen. Although based on a sea-monster story by "Jaws" author Peter Benchley, "The Deep" is most remembered for Jacqueline Bissett's introduction of the Tankini.)-RF

A recent major meteor sighting* caused me to wonder "How many movies have we seen that start with a strange object entering earth's atmosphere?" A lot it turns out! Can you identify the film and Marathon appearance?
Next week, I'll post the multiple choice with a surprise.

"Keep Watching the Skies!"

-Given the choice of burning to death or sawing off your own hand
-Morphing into a bizarre inhuman blob
-Being eaten by Pirranahs at a water park
-Being the female lead in "Nightfall"
