Thars only two possibilities:Thar is life out there in the universe which is smarter than we are,or we're the most intelligent life in the universe.Either way, it's a mighty sobering thought-WaltKelly

Campbell is credited by some as the most influential figure in
the Golden Age of Science Fiction. As editor of Astounding/Analog he published, edited or developed the preponderance of the periods significant writers. He also wrote a few Space Operas in his younger days.
For the movie only folks. He also wrote Who Goes There, the basis of The Thing.

Don't know whether I or some other transdimensional entity screwed up the count again, however, according to the Kirok calculator,  http://www.jarusa.com/daysuntil.htm ,

"There are 146 days until
Sunday, 16 February 2014."
Therefore

would seem to be appropriate.

Here's a tip:
Just go to EXCEL and type 2/16/2014
Under it type today's date
Then just subtract. It does date calculations.

2/16/2014
9/24/2013
-145
Cheesy
Now where did that Destroyer go?

Admin - Altered to a link rather than the nude image. Sorry, trying to keep this PG-13.

New Worlds SF under Michael Moorcock challenged the assumption of American English language SF superiority. Science Fantasy became a creative buzzword that questioned the hard SF assumptions of what was published in American SF mags like Astounding/Analog and Galaxy.
