Lest we forget let's raise a fork to the thin, flat, round cake prepared from a batter and cooked on a hot griddle or frying pan.  Remember a crepe is just a pancake without a raising agent.

So, crepe = "last but not yeast..."? Grin
...And I have a 2-fer coupon for IHOP in Quincy, too.  (No ride, though....)

Yes indeed a crepe is a pancake that fails to rise to the occasion.  Still delicious tho.

those thin pancakes taste like crepe.
