RICHARD DYSART who was born in Boston and went to Emerson College has passed on.

Dysart won an Emmy for LA LAW and appeared on programs such as YOU ARE THERE, ALL IN THE FAMILY and BARETTA. He lent his voice talents to shows like SPAWN and BATMAN THE ANIMATED SERIES.

DYSART graced the Marathon screen in THE TERMINAL MAN and Carpenter's THE THING. His other Sci-fi related appearences included BACK TO THE FUTURE III, METEOR, PROPHECY and WARNING SIGN. His other feature film roles included HOSPITAL, MASK and FALCON AND THE SNOWMAN.
