Ms.Black was ill for some time, but, it's still sad to see her go. Always found her devilishly alluring. She was in some extraordinarily influentual pictures such as EASY RIDER, NASHVILLE, FIVE EASY PIECES as well as Hitchcock's last film, FAMILY PLOT.

TRILOGY OF TERROR was one of those TV events where the whole school was buzzing the next day! Ah, the days before there were 100 channels, DVDs, the Internet etc. - when it seemed like 60% or more of people watched the same thing the night before!

Because of her devilish look, Black did a bunch of Horror, SF and thrillers. Her only Marathon appearance was in Tobe Hooper's wretched edition of INVADERS FROM MARS.

An amazing career. She will be missed.
