Windom was one of my favorite character actors. Mostly seen on TV, he showed up on The Twilight Zone (twice), Star Trek, The Invaders and, most memorably, what is often considered the finest Night Gallery episode - "They're Tearing Down Tim Riley's Bar". Windom also won an Emmy for the fascinating one season curio, My World And Welcome To It.

A genuine TV classic himself.
