I had the pleasure of meeting Bill Hinzman, the first on-screen "modern" zombie (The Graveyard Ghoul in 1968's Night of the Living Dead) on a few occasions and always found hm to be a kind and funny man who truly appreciated his fans.
Rest in peace, Bill.

A terrific guy.  He was in full garb when he came up to my table at a Chiller convention a few years ago.  We had a chat about NOTLD and I found him to be engaging.  Rest in Peace, Bill.

I bring you peace. It may be the peace of plenty and content or the peace of unburied death.
