46 years old. Wow. One of my favorite actors.

Hoffman in the current HUNGER GAMES : CATCHING FIRE.

Terrific actor.

Vaya con Dios. One of my favorites and one of the best. Maximillian Schell yesterday and now Hoffmann.

Philip was an acquaintance way back in his pre-stardom days. He was a friend of my office manager and would avail himself of my phones and coffee in-between auditions.
As his star rose I was a huge fan of his talent and choice of roles.
We lost one of the best.
